Welcome to Veliora ventures a web application provider that provides the application for merchants who use the Shopify platform to operate and enhance their e-commerce websites. These all web applications are owned and operated by Veliora ventures. (“Veliora ventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes Veliora's data collection, use, protection, and privacy practices for the Applications. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Notice also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your personal information.
Please be advised that we may ask you to update your information from time to time in order to keep it accurate. Additionally, if you provide personal information to us about someone else, you must ensure that you are entitled to disclose that information to us and, without us having to take any further steps required by data protection laws, that we may collect, use, and disclose such information for the app purposes. For example, you should ensure the individual concerned is aware of the details which are shared with us and that they have not objected or do not object to you sharing their information with us.
The Application is available only to Merchants who own a Shopify store. When you install the Application through the Shopify app store and while using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you.
Veliora collects the following types of information directly from you:
Account & Registration Information: If you register an Account for the Services, we will collect contact and other information such as your name (first and last), email address, phone number, business address, and the name of your employer, your occupation and/or profession.
Login Credentials: When you log in to your Account as a registered user, we collect your username, password, and/or other login credentials.
Payment & Transaction Information: When you sign up to purchase a subscription to the Services, Veliora may collect certain payment information, such as your credit card, and bank account information. Note that we do not directly collect or store any payment information. Payment transaction information is processed and stored exclusively by our third-party, third-party, PCI-compliant, payment processors, on our behalf in order to collect fees payable by you in connection with your use of the Services. The information provided to Veliora only includes partial payment or credit card information, and limited transaction information via our payment processors’ portals.

Other Information: Contact information, such as first and last names, and/or email address, address, and state/region collected through our sign-up forms to receive our Application related updates and communications to serve you better in case of any such request or requirement. Information, data, content, documents, and/or materials you provide to us when you fill out forms, answer surveys or contact us (such as your feedback, requests for support, or other communications with us).
Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

To provide you with technical support and assistance: We process the Information we obtain from Shopify to send you updates and other communications related to the Application. The legal basis under EU law for processing your information is our legitimate interest in promoting our business by updating users on new features of the Application and other information pertaining to the Application.
Subject to your consent, we use your information for marketing purposes: If you indicate your explicit consent, we will use your Information to send you marketing communications about our services, including updates about new services that we believe may be suitable for you.
You may opt-out of our marketing/updates communications: You may ‘opt-out’ of using your information for marketing or app-related updates communications by sending an email to: Velioraventures@gmail.com, or as otherwise provided in our marketing or app-related communications. By doing so, we will only delete or stop processing the information which is required to contact you for marketing communications, while the rest of the Information which is necessary to provide you with the Service will continue to be processed and used. For security and monitoring purposes: We process Meta Data for security and monitoring purposes. The legal basis under EU law for processing Meta data is our legitimate interests in monitoring and securing our Service.
To develop and improve the Service: We process your Analytics Information to understand how users interact with the Application so that we can personalize, develop and improve it. The legal basis under EU law for processing your Analytics Information is our legitimate interest in understanding how the Application is used in order to develop and improve it.

We retain your personal data as long as the Application is installed in your Shopify store, and thereafter for compliance and legal purposes.

Notwithstanding the above, by law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) after they cease being customers for tax purposes.
